Your systems. New possibilities.

Possible choices, matched to your tasks and existing systems.

  • Hermes
  • OpenClaw
  • Claude

The starting point

Know the context before the meeting.

Here is what your day could look like: before a client meeting, notes, open tasks and project status are brought together in a briefing. Your assistant answers an internal question with sources. For an incoming email, it uses relevant context to prepare a draft for you to review before sending.

What you get

  • Consultation on your use cases and selection of a model, agent and tools — such as Hermes or OpenClaw.
  • A configured workflow with the right accounts, knowledge sources and access permissions.
  • Tested integrations: we use your examples to check that information arrives correctly and approval steps work.
  • Personal onboarding, practice together and a guide you can refer back to.

// Connections that help with real work

Prepare a meeting

  3. You review the briefing before the meeting.

A prepared briefing instead of searching across several apps.

Example integrations. We check interfaces, licences and permissions in advance.

An assistant for the way you work.

We start with a workflow you actually use. You learn to give the assistant context, review results and initiate the next task yourself. From there, we can connect further systems and automate recurring business workflows.

Clear steps. Shared decisions.

From your first use case to your own assistant.

  1. 01

Understand your day and use case

  2. 02

What does your assistant need?

Which apps can we connect?

That depends on their interfaces and your account. We assess tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Gmail or Notion for your particular workflow. The assistant receives only the access it needs.

Who decides about sending and changes?

Together we decide what the assistant may prepare and what it may execute. We configure human approval for sending emails and sensitive changes, and test it with you.

Where does the assistant run and what are the running costs?

Locally or hosted, depending on your data, devices and usage. Model providers, tool licences and hosting can incur recurring costs. We clarify these and responsibility for updates before setup.

Let’s make it concrete.
