Do more yourselves.
Research, content, analysis or preparing a new offer: expand what you can put into practice with your professional knowledge.
AI workshop · Enable your people
People who use AI effectively do not have to carry out every step themselves. In the workshop, you learn on your own tasks how to delegate work to AI, assess results and develop repeatable workflows.
Your expertise. More room to act.Your systems. New possibilities.
Possible choices, matched to your tasks and existing systems.
Not just faster. A different way to work.
Before adding capacity or handing the next task to an external provider, consider another question: what could your existing team do with AI? That takes more than a tool account. It takes people who understand the task, use AI purposefully and take responsibility for results.
Research, content, analysis or preparing a new offer: expand what you can put into practice with your professional knowledge.
Not just faster typing. Identify which steps AI can prepare or handle, and where a repeatable workflow makes sense.
Set goals, context and quality standards. Learn to review and improve results, rather than hoping for a lucky prompt.

You set the direction. Together, we agree on setup and approvals.
What stays after the workshop
We work towards concrete results that fit the tasks we agree — not the longest possible list of tools demonstrated.
Initial drafts, analyses or workflow outlines from your own tasks, reviewed together and ready to build on.
Document context, steps, suitable tools and review criteria so you can repeat the method, not just copy a prompt.
Which task will you try next, who owns it, what can you continue yourselves and where is setup or support still needed?
From a bottleneck to a working method, together
Before the workshop
We discuss your roles, experience and bottlenecks. Together we select suitable examples, clarify accounts and data protection, and agree the scope.
During the workshop
You work on your own tasks: define the result, brief AI, check the output and improve the process. We explain the choices, not just demonstrate clicks.
At the end
You leave with your worked examples, reusable instructions, review criteria and a concrete next-step plan. We agree who will try which workflow in the business.
Enablement first. Implementation where needed.
The workshop is a standalone offer. You learn what you can implement yourselves with AI and which tasks are suitable for an assistant or automation.
If you want a production system, we separately agree integrations, data protection, access and operations. No hidden setup project, and no promise that everything will run itself afterwards.
Yes. We adapt the starting point and exercises to your experience. Beginners learn a practical foundation; experienced users work on delegation, quality and repeatable workflows. We clarify this before the workshop.
The people who understand the work, together with those who can make decisions about it. Depending on the goal, that may be management, administration, sales or marketing. We agree a group and scope that allow useful hands-on work.
A real task and the material needed to understand it: for example your offer, sample enquiries or documents to compare. We choose suitable, anonymised examples where needed and agree which data may be used in which tool.
Format, duration and price depend on the team, experience and agreed tasks. After the initial discussion you receive a proposal with content, scope and costs. We do not promise the same result for every group in a fixed number of hours.
The workshop teaches the approach and produces jointly tested examples. Permanent integrations, access controls and monitored production automations need their own implementation scope. You can start with the workshop without buying that project.
Tell us what gets left undone, takes too much time or currently goes to an outside provider. Together we will work out how a workshop can help.
